In order to measure your doggie have him or her in a standing position. Use a flexable tape measure.
Neck...
measure all the way around the doggie where the neck meets the shoulders.
Chest....
measure all the way around the biggest part of the doggie just behind the front legs, not the belly.
Back length.....
Measure from base of neck to the beginning of the tail along the back
The chest is the most important measurement when buying dog clothes. The clothing MUST be big enough in the chest.
